Hi, I’m Çağla – A fully qualified Personal Trainer working from ABS Gym. Studying biomedical science alongside my work, I take a holistic approach to health and fitness, offering goal oriented and personalised in-person coaching. My degree has given me a deeper understanding of how the human body works on a cellular and physiological level, allowing me to create customised fitness programs that not only help you reach your goals, but also optimise your overall health. By bringing this scientific knowledge into coaching, I can ensure the programs I design are optimal, safe, and backed by up-to-date research. Aside from the science however, training should be fun. Making sure your workouts are effective while also being enjoyable is a priority to promote consistency, adherence, and results. 

I’ve trained in the gym for many years now and am more than familiar with the ‘I’m-making-no-progress’ and ‘I-have-no-idea-what-I’m-doing’ stages that most people will go through at some point in their journey. So, whether you need someone to show you the ropes, get you back into a routine, or push you to wherever it is you want to be, I’m here to guide you, support you, and cheer you on.
