I started my fitness journey with Çağla in January when I joined her 12-week Kickstart the New Year programme. I wasn’t confident in myself at all, but Çağla always believed in me and what I could achieve. She supported me every step of the way, was always just a message away when I needed help, and gave me the confidence I needed in myself. I smashed my 12-week goal — and achieved so much more. I went from someone who wouldn’t set foot in a gym and only did home workouts, to losing over 10kg and now going to the gym on my own. 10/10 — I’d recommend anyone who’s thinking about their fitness goals to get in contact with Çağla!
It’s made me so much more focused on what I’m doing in the gym! Even though I went before, I’ve seen so much more progress since following your program and actually being encouraged to push myself rather than just going through the motions. You’ve helped me plan my food and care about what I eat every day — and now I don’t want to stop! Even after the first week I felt so much better in myself. Couldn’t recommend you enough xx
I threw Cagla in at the deep end as her first post c-section client, and I couldn't have asked for anymore! She went away and did the research so I would be as comfortable as possible, and overall helped me regain my strength and shift some weight so I could feel comfortable in my new body! Our training was cut short due to an injury on my end, but Cagla is my first choice any day of the week
I know I say it all the time, but I want to reiterate again that joining your team has genuinely made me so happy. When you said at the start "it will be worth it," you were so right - I just didn't realise how much. My only regret is not starting with you sooner!
